GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Aurora Horizon 2027

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets, packages, services, products, access rights and any other services related to Aurora Horizon 2027.

By purchasing an Event Product and/or Service, creating an Aurora Horizon Account, entering the Event, using an Aurora Horizon Bracelet, or remaining at the Event Venue, the Purchaser and/or Visitor confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS
 

Acceptance:

The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Purchaser and/or Visitor. Acceptance may occur by actively selecting a checkbox during the online purchase process, by creating an Aurora Horizon Account, by purchasing Event Products and/or Services, by using an Aurora Horizon Bracelet, or by entering and remaining at the Event.
 

Purchaser:

Any individual, consumer, company, or legal entity that purchases Event Products and/or Services through the Official Sales Channels.
 

Visitor:

Any individual who uses a valid Ticket, voucher, access right or Aurora Horizon Bracelet to access and participate in the Event.
 

Organizer:

The company or legal entity responsible for promoting and organizing Aurora Horizon 2027. The full legal details of the Organizer shall be published on the official Aurora Horizon website before the start of official ticket sales.
 

Event:

The 2027 edition of the electronic music festival called “Aurora Horizon 2027”, scheduled to take place in or near Monegros Desert, Aragón, Spain, from June 25 to June 27, 2027, including the Festival area and, where applicable, Aurora Village.

Festival:
The specific area of the Event where DJ performances, live shows, artistic performances, light shows, stage productions and entertainment activities will take place.

AuroraVille:
The accommodation and experience area of the Event, reserved for Visitors who have purchased a valid AuroraVille Package. AuroraVille may include accommodation, food areas, markets, leisure activities, wellness areas, services and other experiences. Access to AuroraVille is restricted to Visitors holding the appropriate AuroraVille access rights.
 

Event Venue:

The location where Aurora Horizon 2027 will take place. The final address, access points, transport details and operating rules will be communicated through the Organizer’s official communication channels before the Event.
 

Official Sales Channel:

Any official website, platform, partner platform, box office, payment provider or other sales channel through which the Organizer officially sells Event Products and/or Services.
 

Box Office:

The physical location, if any, where the Organizer may sell or manage tickets, bracelets, vouchers or other Event Products and/or Services.
 

Aurora Horizon Account:

An online account that may be required for pre-registration, early access, ticket purchase, personalization, communication and management of Event Products and/or Services.

Event Products and/or Services:
All products and services related to the Event, including but not limited to Festival Tickets, Day Passes, 3 Days Passes, VIP Passes, AuroraVille Packages, transport services, accommodation packages, cashless payment services, parking, merchandise, hospitality packages and any other Event-related service.
 

Ticket:

The official access right that allows a Visitor to enter the Event according to the Ticket type purchased. Depending on the Ticket type, it may grant access to the Festival only, or to the Festival and Aurora Village.

Aurora Horizon Bracelet:
The official personalized bracelet that may grant access to the Event and, where applicable, store access rights, cashless credits, package information and other Event-related services. The Aurora Horizon Bracelet is personal, nominative and non-transferable.
 

Voucher:

A digital or printed confirmation issued after purchase and/or personalization. The voucher may be required to collect or activate an Aurora Horizon Bracelet. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the voucher itself does not grant access to the Event.
 

Valid Official Document:

A valid official identification document accepted by the Organizer for access control. For European visitors, this may include a valid national identity card or passport. For non-European visitors, this may include a valid passport and, where applicable, any visa or travel document required under Spanish or European regulations. The document must be original, valid, legible, in good condition and must match the identity of the Ticket holder.
 

Force Majeure:

Any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer that makes it impossible, unsafe, unlawful, impracticable, inadvisable or commercially unreasonable to hold the Event or fulfil any obligation under these Terms and Conditions. This may include, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, accident, strike, war, threat of war, terrorism, threat of terrorism, civil unrest, public health emergency, epidemic, pandemic, government decision, administrative or judicial order, technical failure, transport disruption, power failure, public safety risk, or any other circumstance beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
 

Policies:

All policies applicable to the Event, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, House Rules, Cashless Payment Policy, Accessibility Policy and any additional rules published by the Organizer.
 

Third-Party Terms and Conditions:

The terms and conditions of third-party service providers involved in the Event, including but not limited to ticketing platforms, payment providers, cashless payment providers, delivery companies, accommodation providers, transport providers or technology providers.
 

CLAUSE 1 — PRE-REGISTRATION AND EARLY ACCESS
 

1.1. The Organizer may offer a pre-registration period for Aurora Horizon 2027.

1.2. Pre-registration does not constitute a purchase, reservation, guarantee of access, guarantee of ticket availability or guarantee of price.

1.3. Pre-registration may give the user priority information, early access opportunities, exclusive announcements, Founder Pass access, Early Bird access, VIP release information or other benefits, at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

1.4. The Organizer may limit the number of tickets, packages or products available during any early access or pre-sale phase.

1.5. Prices, availability, benefits and conditions may vary between sales phases. The Purchaser acknowledges that prices may increase or decrease in future sales phases, without any right to compensation, refund or price adjustment.

1.6. The Organizer may require users to create an Aurora Horizon Account in order to access pre-registration, early access, ticket purchase or ticket personalization.
 

CLAUSE 2 — ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

2.1. The Purchaser must read, understand and accept these General Terms and Conditions before purchasing Event Products and/or Services.

2.2. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Purchasers and Visitors, regardless of the sales channel used.

2.3. If the Purchaser purchases Event Products and/or Services for other Visitors, the Purchaser is responsible for informing those Visitors of these Terms and Conditions and ensuring that they comply with them.

2.4. The Visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions by entering the Event, using an Aurora Horizon Bracelet, using any Event Product and/or Service, or remaining at the Event Venue.

2.5. Third-Party Terms and Conditions may also apply. In the event of a conflict, the applicable Third-Party Terms and Conditions may prevail for the specific third-party service concerned.
 

CLAUSE 3 — EVENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
 

3.1 Minimum Age

3.1.1. Unless otherwise announced by the Organizer, the minimum age to enter and remain at the Festival and Aurora Village is 18 years old.

3.1.2. Visitors under 18 years old may be denied entry, even if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or adult.

3.1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any Visitor at any time.

3.2 Official Sales Channels

3.2.1. Tickets, packages and Event Products and/or Services must be purchased only through the Official Sales Channels.

3.2.2. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets, vouchers, bracelets, packages or access rights purchased through unofficial channels, resale websites, private sellers or unauthorized third parties.

3.2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to any person holding a ticket, voucher, bracelet or access right obtained through unofficial or fraudulent channels, without refund or compensation.

3.2.4. Tickets and Event Products and/or Services may not be resold, transferred, auctioned, used for commercial purposes, used in competitions, used in promotions, or included in travel or hospitality packages without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

3.3 Purchase and Personalization

3.3.1. The Organizer may limit the number of Tickets or Packages that can be purchased by the same Purchaser.

3.3.2. Before completing a purchase, the Purchaser must carefully check the selected Ticket type, date, category, price, quantity, package, access rights and any additional services.

3.3.3. The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal details during the purchase and personalization process.

3.3.4. After purchase, the Purchaser may receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email is proof of purchase but does not necessarily grant access to the Event.

3.3.5. Where personalization is required, the Purchaser must provide the personal details of each Visitor within the deadline communicated by the Organizer.

3.3.6. The Organizer may cancel an order if personalization is not completed within the required deadline.

3.3.7. The Organizer may refuse access where the name, date of birth, identification document or other personal details do not match the Ticket, voucher, account or Aurora Horizon Bracelet.
 

CLAUSE 4 — TICKETS, PASSES AND PACKAGES


4.1. The Organizer may offer different Ticket categories, including but not limited to:

  • Founder Pass

  • Super Early Bird Pass

  • Early Bird Pass

  • Regular Pass

  • Late Pass

  • Day Pass

  • 3 Days Pass

  • VIP Day Pass

  • VIP 3 Days Pass

  • Aurora Village Packages

  • Hospitality Packages

4.2. Each Ticket type grants access only to the areas, dates, services and benefits expressly included in that Ticket type.

4.3. A Festival Ticket does not automatically include access to Aurora Village, VIP areas, backstage areas, artist areas, production areas, press areas, hospitality areas, accommodation, transport, parking, food or beverages, unless expressly stated during the purchase process.

4.4. VIP access may include dedicated areas, premium views, dedicated entrances, premium bars, lounge areas or other benefits, depending on the VIP category purchased.

4.5. The Organizer may modify Ticket categories, package names, benefits, prices and availability at any time before purchase.

4.6. Once purchased, Tickets and Packages cannot be exchanged for another type of Ticket or Package, except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by the Organizer.
 

CLAUSE 5 — AURORA HORIZON BRACELET
 

5.1. The Aurora Horizon Bracelet may serve as the official access credential for the Event.

5.2. The Aurora Horizon Bracelet is personal, nominative and non-transferable.

5.3. The confirmation email and voucher do not automatically grant access to the Event. Only a valid, activated and personalized Aurora Horizon Bracelet, or any other official access method expressly confirmed by the Organizer, may grant access to the Event.

5.4. The Aurora Horizon Bracelet may be used for:

  • access control;

  • identity verification;

  • access to specific areas;

  • access to Aurora Village, where applicable;

  • cashless payments, where applicable;

  • loading and using cashless credits;

  • managing purchased Event Products and/or Services.

5.5. The Purchaser and Visitor are responsible for keeping the Aurora Horizon Bracelet safe after receipt or collection.

5.6. Lost, stolen, damaged, transferred, altered or tampered bracelets may be invalidated.

5.7. The Organizer is not obliged to replace a lost, stolen, damaged or invalidated bracelet, unless required by applicable law or expressly decided by the Organizer.
 

CLAUSE 6 — ENTRY, ACCESS CONTROL AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
 

6.1. Entry to the Event is only permitted to Visitors holding a valid access right for the relevant day, area and Ticket category.

6.2. Visitors must present a Valid Official Document upon request.

6.3. The Organizer, security staff, public authorities or authorized representatives may verify the identity, age, access rights and personal details of any Visitor.

6.4. Access may be refused if:

  • the Visitor does not present a Valid Official Document;

  • the identity document does not match the Ticket, voucher or bracelet;

  • the Ticket, voucher or bracelet appears fraudulent, damaged, altered or invalid;

  • the Visitor does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;

  • the Visitor appears to present a safety risk;

  • the Visitor is in possession of prohibited items;

  • the Visitor refuses a security check;

  • access is restricted by law, public authorities or Force Majeure.

6.5. Refusal of entry or removal from the Event due to breach of these Terms and Conditions shall not entitle the Visitor to a refund or compensation, unless required by applicable law.
 

CLAUSE 7 — EVENT PROGRAM AND LINE-UP
 

7.1. The Organizer may announce artists, performers, stages, activities, experiences and schedules before the Event.

7.2. The line-up, timetable, stage schedule, artistic program, services and activities are subject to change.

7.3. Artist cancellation, timetable changes, stage changes, weather-related adjustments, technical changes or partial changes to the Event program shall not automatically entitle the Purchaser or Visitor to a refund or compensation, unless required by applicable law.

7.4. The Organizer may close, delay, modify or cancel certain areas, stages, shows or services for safety, technical, operational, artistic or Force Majeure reasons.
 

CLAUSE 8 — REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
 

8.1. All sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided by the Organizer.

8.2. The Purchaser is responsible for checking all purchase details before completing the order.

8.3. If the Event is cancelled, postponed or substantially modified, the Organizer will communicate the applicable procedure through the official Aurora Horizon communication channels.

8.4. In the event of cancellation, postponement or rescheduling, the rights of Purchasers and Visitors shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws, the specific conditions of sale and any official communication issued by the Organizer.

8.5. Service fees, delivery fees, payment fees, accommodation fees, transport fees, insurance fees or third-party fees may be subject to separate refund rules.

8.6. No refund or compensation shall be due where the Visitor is denied entry or removed from the Event due to breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, illegal conduct, possession of prohibited items, security risk or refusal to comply with Event rules, unless required by applicable law.
 

CLAUSE 9 — FORCE MAJEURE
 

9.1. In the event of Force Majeure, the Organizer may:

  • cancel the Event;

  • postpone the Event;

  • reschedule the Event;

  • modify opening hours;

  • modify the Event program;

  • close certain areas;

  • restrict access;

  • evacuate the Event Venue;

  • suspend performances;

  • modify transport, parking, accommodation or access conditions;

  • take any measure necessary to protect the safety of Visitors, staff, artists, suppliers and the public.

9.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from Force Majeure.

9.3. The Organizer will communicate any major Force Majeure decision through its official communication channels as soon as reasonably possible.
 

CLAUSE 10 — DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
 

10.1. The purchase and use of Event Products and/or Services may require the processing of personal data.

10.2. Personal data may be processed for purposes including ticket purchase, account creation, personalization, access control, security, communication, payment, fraud prevention, customer service, legal compliance and Event management.

10.3. The Organizer may share personal data with third-party service providers where necessary for the organization and operation of the Event.

10.4. The Organizer may process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10.5. Visitors must read the Organizer’s Privacy Policy before purchasing Event Products and/or Services or attending the Event.

10.6. Where the Purchaser provides personal data of other Visitors, the Purchaser confirms that they are authorized to do so and that such Visitors have been informed of the applicable privacy rules.
 

CLAUSE 11 — IMAGE, AUDIO AND VIDEO RIGHTS
 

11.1. By entering the Event, the Visitor acknowledges and accepts that they may be photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise captured by the Organizer, media partners, security teams, production teams or authorized third parties.

11.2. The Visitor grants the Organizer the right to use their image, voice, likeness and appearance captured at the Event for communication, promotion, aftermovies, advertising, social media, press, security, archival, commercial and institutional purposes.

11.3. This authorization applies worldwide, for all media, without additional payment, unless prohibited by applicable law.

11.4. The Organizer may also use images and recordings for safety, security, incident management and cooperation with public authorities.

11.5. Visitors are not permitted to make professional audio, photo or video recordings at the Event without prior written authorization from the Organizer.
 

CLAUSE 12 — VISITOR CONDUCT AND HOUSE RULES
 

12.1. Aurora Horizon aims to be a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.

12.2. The Organizer has zero tolerance for violence, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, racism, xenophobia, threats, intimidation, hate speech, drug trafficking, theft, vandalism or any behavior that may endanger others.

12.3. Visitors must comply with all instructions given by the Organizer, security staff, medical staff, emergency services, public authorities and authorized representatives.

12.4. Visitors may be denied entry or removed from the Event if they:

  • behave violently, dangerously or aggressively;

  • harass or threaten others;

  • are under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a dangerous degree;

  • possess, use, sell or distribute illegal substances;

  • possess prohibited items;

  • enter restricted areas;

  • damage property or decorations;

  • block entrances, exits or emergency routes;

  • climb structures, fences, stages or installations;

  • crowd surf or stage dive;

  • refuse a security check;

  • fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
     

CLAUSE 13 — PROHIBITED ITEMS
 

13.1. The Organizer may prohibit any item considered dangerous, illegal, disruptive, inappropriate or incompatible with the safety and smooth operation of the Event.

13.2. Prohibited items may include, without limitation:

  • weapons of any kind;

  • knives, sharp objects or cutting tools;

  • explosives, fireworks or pyrotechnics;

  • drugs or illegal substances;

  • glass bottles or glass containers;

  • professional cameras without authorization;

  • drones or flying devices;

  • laser pointers;

  • large flags or banners with poles;

  • helmets;

  • coolers or large containers;

  • spray cans or flammable products;

  • fireworks or smoke devices;

  • animals, except authorized assistance dogs;

  • walkie-talkies or radio equipment;

  • unauthorized promotional material;

  • items with discriminatory, violent, offensive or extremist messages;

  • any item that may disturb public order or endanger people or property.

13.3. The Organizer may confiscate prohibited items. Confiscated items may not be returned.

13.4. Possession of prohibited items may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without refund or compensation.
 

CLAUSE 14 — HEALTH, MEDICAL CARE AND ACCESSIBILITY
 

14.1. Medical assistance may be available at the Event.

14.2. Visitors with medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, special needs or specific medical requirements are encouraged to contact the Organizer in advance.

14.3. Visitors carrying medication may be required to present the medication in its original packaging and, where applicable, a medical prescription or certificate.

14.4. The Organizer may establish specific rules for controlled medication, food allergies, food intolerances, medical equipment and accessibility needs.

14.5. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide accessibility solutions, subject to the nature of the Event Venue and operational constraints.

14.6. Assistance dogs may be permitted where required by law and subject to prior communication and identification.
 

CLAUSE 15 — CASHLESS PAYMENTS
 

15.1. The Event may operate a cashless payment system.

15.2. If a cashless system is used, the Aurora Horizon Bracelet or another official payment method may be used to purchase food, drinks, merchandise and services at the Event.

15.3. Cashless credits may be subject to specific terms, including loading, refund, inactivity, expiration, fees, technical rules and refund deadlines.

15.4. The specific cashless payment rules will be published before the Event.
 

CLAUSE 16 — LIABILITY
 

16.1. The Visitor attends the Event at their own risk, subject to applicable law.

16.2. The Organizer shall only be liable for direct damages proven to have been caused by its fault, negligence or willful misconduct, where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for:

  • loss, theft or damage to personal belongings;

  • damage to vehicles;

  • indirect damages;

  • loss of profit;

  • emotional distress;

  • travel or accommodation costs;

  • third-party services;

  • damages caused by other Visitors;

  • damages caused by Force Majeure;

  • damages caused by failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

16.4. Visitors are responsible for their own belongings, behavior, health, safety and compliance with Event rules.
 

CLAUSE 17 — RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE ORGANIZER
 

17.1. For safety, operational, legal or Force Majeure reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to:

  • refuse entry to any person;

  • remove any Visitor from the Event;

  • inspect bags, luggage, vehicles and personal belongings;

  • change opening and closing times;

  • change the Event program;

  • change stage schedules;

  • change access routes;

  • close areas temporarily or permanently;

  • suspend or stop performances;

  • evacuate the Event Venue;

  • delay or cancel parts of the Event;

  • modify parking, transport or accommodation rules;

  • take any necessary measure to protect safety and public order.

17.2. The Organizer may update these Terms and Conditions where necessary.

17.3. Updated versions may be published on the official Aurora Horizon website and shall apply from the date of publication, unless stated otherwise.
 

CLAUSE 18 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
 

18.1. Certain Event Products and/or Services may be provided by third parties, including ticketing platforms, payment providers, accommodation providers, transport providers, delivery companies, security providers, food and beverage operators and technology providers.

18.2. The Purchaser and Visitor may be required to accept Third-Party Terms and Conditions.

18.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the acts, omissions, systems, errors, failures, policies or services of third-party providers, except where required by applicable law.
 

CLAUSE 19 — APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
 

19.1. These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

19.2. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable Spanish and European consumer protection rules.

19.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
 

CLAUSE 20 — GENERAL PROVISIONS
 

20.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

20.2. The failure of the Organizer to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.

20.3. The Organizer may communicate with Purchasers and Visitors through the official website, email, Aurora Horizon Account, social media, ticketing platform or any other official communication channel.

20.4. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser and Visitor declare that they have legal capacity, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
 

ANNEX 1 — EVENT ACCESS
 

1. Operating Hours

1.1. The operating hours of the Festival, AuroraVille, parking areas, entrances, transport points, check-in and check-out periods will be communicated by the Organizer before the Event.

1.2. The Organizer may modify operating hours for artistic, operational, weather, safety or Force Majeure reasons.

1.3. Access may be refused after the last entry time, even if the Visitor holds a valid Ticket.

2. Event Program

2.1. The Event program, line-up, stage schedule and activities are subject to change.

2.2. The Organizer may close stages or modify the Event program for safety, weather, technical, artistic or Force Majeure reasons.
 

ANNEX 2 — HOUSE RULES
 

Aurora Horizon is designed to be a place of freedom, music, light and human connection. Every Visitor must respect others, the Event Venue, the environment, the staff, the artists and the rules of the Event.

The following rules apply throughout the Event:

  • Respect all Visitors, staff, artists and security teams.

  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or intimidate anyone.

  • Do not enter restricted areas.

  • Do not climb stages, structures, fences, lighting towers or decorations.

  • Do not block entrances, exits or emergency routes.

  • Do not damage decorations, installations, equipment or property.

  • Do not throw objects.

  • Do not start fires.

  • Do not use drones without authorization.

  • Do not sell food, drinks, merchandise or services without authorization.

  • Do not distribute flyers, posters or promotional materials without authorization.

  • Do not bring prohibited items.

  • Do not engage in illegal activity.

  • Follow all instructions from the Organizer, security staff, medical staff and public authorities.

Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in refusal of entry, removal from the Event, cancellation of access rights, confiscation of items, reporting to authorities and/or legal action.
 

ANNEX 3 — AURORA VILLAGE
 

  1. Aurora Village is the accommodation and experience area of Aurora Horizon.

  2. Access to Aurora Village is reserved for Visitors holding a valid AuroraVille Package or specific access right.

  3. Aurora Village Packages may include accommodation, access to common areas, sanitary facilities, food areas, markets, leisure areas and other experiences, depending on the package purchased.

  4. Aurora Village access does not automatically include VIP access, backstage access, hospitality access or other restricted areas unless expressly included in the package.

  5. Aurora Village operating hours, check-in times, check-out times, permitted items and specific accommodation rules will be published before the Event.

  6. Vehicles, motorhomes, caravans, trailers, generators, stoves, gas cylinders, fireworks, dangerous equipment and other prohibited items may be refused in AuroraVille.

  7. Visitors staying in Aurora Village must respect quiet hours, safety rules, fire prevention rules, waste management rules and instructions from staff.

  8. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Visitor from Aurora Village in case of dangerous, disruptive, illegal or disrespectful behavior.
     

ANNEX 4 — ENVIRONMENT AND DESERT PROTECTION
 

  1. Aurora Horizon takes place in a sensitive desert environment. Visitors must respect the natural surroundings.

  2. Visitors must not damage dunes, plants, rocks, protected areas, installations or landscape elements.

  3. Visitors must use designated paths, waste points, toilets and recycling areas.

  4. Littering is strictly prohibited.

  5. The Organizer may introduce sustainability rules, environmental fees, reusable cup systems, water policies, transport plans and waste management obligations.

  6. Failure to respect environmental rules may result in removal from the Event without refund or compensation.
